Ston : The Colonial Secretary.
There are the
alleged to have been abducted by the Chinese Soldiers from British territory. It apparently only requires their decapitation. to put the case on all fours with that of 81. A-fong who was forcibly taken by Chinese soldiers out of British territory and be headed at
Kowloon City in 1886.
